  2. OD Racing has the right to vary or omit any advertisement, we will not display any unsuitable material.

  3. OD Racing has no liability for failure to advertise or any mistakes included in the advert, please fill in the application carefully.

  4. OD Racing will not condone in any way the trade of stolen bikes or parts, if we have proof an advert includes stolen goods, the advert will be removed and the relevant authorities contacted . If you believe any advert includes stolen goods, contact us.

  5. OD Racing has no responsibility over the sellers description in an advert, we recommend that a viewing is organised with the seller before any sale is completed. Any problems are between the buyer and the seller.

  6. OD Racing has no responsibility over the non existence of a bike that is advertised, be very cautious when travelling with large sums of money and arranging somewhere to meet.

  7. OD Racing has no responsibility over non payment in a sale, only release the goods when the payment has been completed satisfactorily.

  8. OD Racing advises that although most people buying and selling bikes are very honest, there is a small proportion who are not and any problems may not be able to be rectified afterwards. Buyer and seller beware.
